My apologies, Poolies! One of our own inadvertently used the same number twice in their ranking of the singers, so after clarifying what the correct numbers were, I have revised the pick summary sheet and attached it. Please disregard the first one.
Also, you're probably wondering "What's in this for me? What do I get for my hard work at these picks?" Glad you asked! Here's how the prizes are broken down this year:
5th place - $25
4th place - $30
3rd place - $40
2nd place - $50
1st place - $100
This is a good amount of money to allow the inevitable "clumping up" of people's point totals at the end, so their share of the pot is more than $2.50! I hope you'll all agree.
What is this "change of rules" that they eluded to tonight??? Whatever it is, it shouldn't affect our pool - people will still get kicked off one by one.
Also, if you haven't yet signed up for my blog, please do so! I believe I've sent each of you an invite by email. If you need another invite, just let me know.
